YCAS sponsors through the Group Study Visits Program scholars and various individuals from both he public and private sectors in visits to the Republic of Yemen. YCAS assists all groups with travel arrangements and scheduling with various individuals from the Yemeni government and educational institutions. YCAS assists with in-country transportation and accomodations for all group study visits.

Through arrangements YCAS has with Yemenia Airways (the national carrier of Yemen), YCAS can arrange for low-cost airline tickets for all group study visits. Also, YCAS will house all groups in iur guest housing located near the main building.

During visits to Yemen, groups will be provided with English-speaking tour guides to assist all groups with their in-country tours of cultural and historical visits.
